Purchase Fully Private Lesson $250
Purchase Semi-Private Lesson, add $200 for 2nd child/adult  All lessons are 2 hours in duration whether Fully Private or Semi-Private.  For Semi-Private, each student shall work in 15 minute increments.  There is an additional fee of $50 for traveling greater than 20 miles to the location.  We will be traveling from Boynton Beach Blvd and Jog Road in Palm Beach County
(For semi-private, we schedule both students for the same time slots.)  

Reminder:   The lessons are completed over 2 hours with a 20 minute break between each hour.  All pre-paid lessons are non-refundable.   If inclement weather requires us to cancel your lesson, we will reschedule at the next available day/time at no additional charge.  If it begins to rain 90 minutes into the lesson, we will conclude the lesson at that point and consider it to be complete.   Otherwise, all prepaid lessons are non-refundable. I have been informed of, understand and am aware that the use of a bicycle, is a potentially hazardous activity. I also have been informed of, understand and am aware that the bicycle lessons involve a risk of injury, including a remote risk of death or serious disability, and that I or my child are voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the dangers involved. By submitting payment, this is my binding contract and agreement and I do hereby forever waive, release and discharge Cycle Shazam and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others acting on their behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to my person or my child and/or property, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf, arising out of or connected with any participation in the programs or services of Cycle Shazam or the use of any equipment at various sites, including home, provided by and /or recommended by Cycle Shazam.
